Central mini shopping Zone. Convenience location.
Don't go there,it is a 50s style Mall with only a 1/3 of their stores open. The supermarket was the their mainstay,but closed in October 2017. The wine store and the dollar store are decent stores. You can get bargains at those two stores. It should be torn down are rebuilt to 21st century Architecture.
It's a nice little spot for what is needed in the area. A few empty locations though, would love to see something new come in
Lots of cool stores: Cooper's, Tuesday Morning, Family Dollar...
The only positive about this area is Yarmo Liquors. Sibley Plaza has mostly empty store fronts and is very run down. It should be torn down and redeveloped. It's a huge eyesore for people who love this neighborhood.
